Message From the Technical Committee (TC)

The Technical Committee was formed in 2003 to assist in the enforcement of and compliance with the Consent Decree/Final Judgment entered by the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia in 2002. (see http://www.thetc.org)  The Technical Committee has been involved in reviewing and commenting on Windows Protocols used to communicate between Windows client operating systems and Microsoft server operating systems.  The Technical Committee is interested in hearing from engineers with experience using comparable protocol information who are using this documentation in product development or enhancement and encourages you to post your feedback on the Microsoft forums (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc320426.aspx).
