Good morning! This forum is for software developers who are using the Open Protocol Specification documentation to assist them in developing systems, services, and applications that are interoperable with Windows. The Open Protocol Specifications can be found at: http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc203350.aspx. Your post does not appear to be related to the Open Protocol Specification documentation.
I am, however, ableto help you! XP SP2 has been superceded by SP3. I have below provided links for downloading both service packs. I recommend letting the service pack make a backup for uninstallation purposes.Windows XP Service Pack 2:

Windows XP Solution Center

2. click 'See Popular Windows XP Downloads'
3. click 'Windows XP Service Pack 3'

@Bill
Ralapis just a spam bot who add vague words to replies and hope the hidden seo link added into the page's HTML source get undetected. I don't think you can get reply from it.
