Support of WIA (Windows Image Acquisition) in Windows 7

Question

Hi,

How can i capture picture through wiacmgr.exe in Windows 7? In Windows XP I can capture image through my webcam by using wiacmgr.exe easily but in Windows 7 when i run this exe it gives me error "No Scanner is installed. Install a scanner and try scanning again" while the webcam is connected properly. Please do the needful as it is very urgent.
