Enterprise Library License

Question

In the Enterprise Library License page (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa480459.aspx) or EULA I find the following clause.

(F) Platform Limitation - The licenses granted in sections 2(A) & 2(B) extend only to the software or derivative works that you create that run on a Microsoft Windows operating system product.

This implies that I may not develop this under MONO and run it under Linux.  This is really a shame since I'm working on a cross platform product and will have to look for other alternatives to use for cross-platform development.  Any chance that clause can be removed?
