Bad Link for ECMA spec

Hi,

The announcements about the specs contains a link to http://www.ecma-international.org/publications/files/ECMA-ST/Office Open XML Part 2 (DOCX).zip
That appears to be a broken link to ECMA-376 Part 2

Perhaps that should be
http://www.ecma-international.org/publications/files/ECMA-ST/ECMA-376,%20Second%20Edition,%20Part%202%20-%20Open%20Packaging%20Conventions.zip

Hi Brad,

Links under the "Announcements - Links to Key OPC Information" for the ECMA OPC specs have been updated.  The latest ECMA references are:
