device information from the exchange server 2003 using C#.NET

Hi All,

   Nice Time!,

I am very new with exchange server 2003 SP2. I have successfully configure my (wm) windows mobile 5.0 with exchange server 2003.
Now I have to write a program in .NET C# (Desktop Application this application also running, parallel with where exchange server 2003 SP2 installed) for accessing device information from the exchange server 2003 only, application would not be communication with wm devices. And also send a command on a particular (on the based of device id) wm device like "Device Wipe using Exchange server API". So i need better approach for accessing exchange server 2003 APIs. while googling i found some Web API's are available like (Exchange WebDAV, CDOEX) in my application scenario, which case would be suitable; i need very good solution for my application. I need expert's guidance, that would be appreciated.

You could try reviewing the Open Specifications Documentation found here: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc425499.aspx. You will find various documents detailing the WebDAV Protocol, Web Service Protocols, and various other protocols as they relate to Exchange.
