SharePoint 2010 priority support forums

Question

I can't find priority support forums for SharePoint 2010 related questions. I've posted a question:

and got no answer. When I contacted Customer Service Center via chat (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-US/subscriptions/aa948875.aspx) they said that the forum I've posted to is not in the list of MSDN priority support forums:

http://msdn.microsoft.com/subscriptions/aa974230.aspx

There's no mentioning of SharePoint there at all. I have Visual Studio 2010 Premium with MSDN purchased specifically for SharePoint development which includes "Priority support in MSDN Forums":

that forum is not in the priority forums list either. Please direct me to the place where I can definitely get an answer.
