Microsoft documentation states that a developer of an InfoPath 2010 form should be able to double click on a text box control and gain access to the Data Validation Dialog Box.  http://blogs.msdn.com/b/infopath/archive/2004/06/16/157315.aspx This functionality does not appear to be available with my installation.

Running Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010.

In Design Mode, when a control is double clicked (Right Mouse Key), there is no data properties dialog box presented. (Note: The standard Cut, Copy, Paste Options.... menu is presented and the ribbon displays the Control Tools/Properties contextual menu.)

When the same control is double clicked (Left Mouse Button), there is no data properties dialog box presented. (Note: The ribbon displays the Control Tools/Properties contextual menu.)

Is there some method of enabling or disabling this function?

I could be missing something.  Please let me know.

    Hi Chicks11,

Did you install VSTA in your Office?
