I'm able to log in to the portal and see "My Projects" but that is far as I can go right now.  I'll keep checking in.

It seems the maintenance task is completed by now. But why all the service namespace default issuer keys are changed automatically?

Yes, a new management key for each service namespace will be generated after the QFE release.  You can discover the new management key for your service namespace on the portal.
