What browser are you using?  Non IE browsers might need some add-on <br>2. Are you using a Windows version that come with cardspace? All XP upgrades are installed.<br><br>When I het &quot;Select A Card&quot; button, a window did pop up but it was blank. The window was blank for more that 2 minutes.
