dotnetfx35setup.exe sp1 direct download link

Question

I need to set up a prerequisites (prq) file for Installshield for the .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1, but cannot find it.

I want to have a link to the dotnetfx35setup.exe - the 2.8 mb installer, not the entire service pack.

If you give me the answer of:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=ab99342f-5d1a-413d-8319-81da479ab0d7&displaylang=en

that is not what I am looking for.

I'm looking for the equivalent of:
http://download.microsoft.com/download/7/0/3/703455ee-a747-4cc8-bd3e-98a615c3aedb/dotNetFx35setup.exe

except one that points to the SP1 version of this setup.

Anyone know where this is?

Thanks, but that is not what I am looking for.  If I put that in the prerequisite file, it will download the 325 mb file for each customer.  I need the link to dotNetFx35Setup.exe, which is a 2.8mb file.
