microsoft framework

a window with the message microsoft.netframework version 2 pops up upon start up of my computer.  i dont know how to get rid of the window- i am running windows 7 home premium and i have service pack 1

One of your start up programs is causing the problem. To find out which program is the culprit, you need to identify which programs start automatically when you boot your system.

1.Press Start > Run

2.Type msconfig and press enter, it will open System Configuration utility.

3.Open Startup tab

4. Disable startup programs one at a time and reboot until no error appears during reboot. You then know the last disabled program is the culprit.

Once you have identified the culprit program, reinstall it and/or contact the program publisher's technical support for help.
