i downloaded an application KIES for Samsung application. unfortunately it cannot be open due to a missing MSVCR100_CLR0400.dll from my computer. please help me on what to do. thanks...

Hola, mi nombre es Mauricio, yo arregle este issue reinstalando el Framework 4.0 de .NET... si no lo tienes instalalo y ahi automaticamente ya queda funcional el KIES... Saludos
