Answered .NET 3.5 SP1 on Windows 7 - Download

    Where's the user download of the .NET 3.5 SP1 for Windows 7? The one I've always used: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=es&FamilyID=ab99342f-5d1a-413d-8319-81da479ab0d7 but that isn't for windows 7 :( Thanks in advance

    Hi _patrick_,

    Thank you for your post.

    For Windows 7, it includes the .NET Framework 3.5.1 as an OS component. This means you will get the .NET Framework 2.0 SP2, 3.0 SP2 and 3.5 SP1 plus a few post 3.5 SP1 bug fixes. The feature of 3.0 SP2 and 3.5 SP1 can be added or removed via the Programs and Features control panel. Thus, we don't need to manually download .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 and install it on Windows 7.
    To turn on the windows feature of .NET Framework 3.5 SP1, please go to Control Panel -> Programs and Features -> Turn Windows features on or off -> Check the box next to Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1.
