autocad installation error due to vcredist_x64 error 1935

hey guys after trying to install autocad 2013 many times,a dialog box about error microsoft visual c++ 2005 sp1 vcredist_x64 appears. I download it from microsoft and other sites too bur doesnot work correctly, if you have a solution plz send

As the C++ redistributables are unrelated to the .NET Framework, I'll suggest a different forum for your question:
http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/vcgeneral/threads
When you post there, you should provide all pertinent details, such as your Windows version, full quotes of all error messages, link to the VC++ 2005 redistributable you tried to use, etc.
