NET Framework V. 4.0.30319

Question

When i start an app that needs NET Framework it ask for NET Framworkv.4.0.30319 and i dont know why. I already downloaded Net Framework v.4(full) and it didnt seem to work i am running windows vista ultimate PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Check to see if .NET Framework 4.0 is properly installed with this tool:

If it is not installed properly, first try removing it through Control Panel, then use this cleanup tool:

Then empty your %temp% folder, disable your AV and anti-malware software and run the .NET Framework 4.0 standalone installer "as administrator".
