Question

I was trying to download Norton Security on my computer and this message about NET 3.0 Runtime didnt finish install, please check your internet explorer, what is this

Please show us more details as pvdg42 mentioned, as for your issue ,

Possible reasons can be:

1. Network error, not completely download

2. .NET Framework installation error, then we need to know your OS version to avoid embeded OS issue.
