.net framework 4.0

Hi Team

I installed .net framework 4.0 alone in windows 2008 r2 server as it is production.

I would like to install .net assembly to GAC....

I don't find gacutil.exe as it comes with SDK.,

I tried to make an MSI file and install in the server but the assembly is not installed to GAC..

Am i missing something to install the .net assembly to GAC or is there any other procedure...to install .net assembly to GAC.?

Or is it possible to install gacutil exe alone in server as we don't require complete SDK tools on server..

Please suggest
