    Hi,

In My project i am upload files to web server. In my windows application i make a web request to upload the file.

My problem is that if i enable proxy settings it is giving an error, that connection is closed by remote system which is a generic error message. If i disable the proxy settings every thing works fine.

Now what i want to do is:

Before uploading files, just i want to check if proxy server allows the web server url or not. if not, then i will prompt the user to take care of the proxy settings.

Can any one help me out to wright this function.

    Thanks

Usually in most organizations the network administrator will take care of addng a url to the whitelist and allow it and you cant send commands to the server from a remote pc.  You can script the server but im not for sure how to do remote commands and most organizations might not allow that without the url being added manually.
