TreeView on asp.net mvc2

Question

I tray to use jquery and asp.net mvc2 to develop application. I have to use tree view! I found some treeview building techniques! but I have no idea how to know the currently sleeted node and I want to add node dynamically with out page reload! what shall I do? any advice or sample application!
