Could not find sn.exe in visual studio 2010

Locked Could not find sn.exe in visual studio 2010

    dame*())&^_+_; I use windows 7 and  vs 2010. but I could not find the sn.exe. 

    I have search my entire root hive. How come? what shall i do next? :(

    help, pls.

        Thank you for reply. i did not found this folder. But after downloading and installing the .net 2.0, now I find it.
