Difference between "fr-BE", "fr-CA", "fr-FR"

Question

Hi,

Whats the actual difference between fr-BE, fr-CA and fr-FR? Is the difference is in the datetime format, number format or the language text itself will change between them?

fr-BE and  fr-FR shares same currency which is Euro but  fr-CA  uses Dollar.
