How can I make an install package for VB 2008 Express?

Question

I've completed my masterpiece in Visual Basic Express 2008 (ok, well my first program anyway) and I wanted to make an install package to share with my friends...Is this possible with Express?

Hi,
in express edition dont have the deployment options.for creating packages you need professional editions.
