MODI 2003 and MODI 2007

Question

I am currently developing an application which used MODI 2003, to read scanned images. The client wants me to make sure that the application would also work , if Office 2007 was installed [They are planning to buy Office 2007]

Would , like to know, if there are any significant changes in the latter version ?
