I'm getting emails from Bing announcing that Multimap is moving to Bing.
I use the Multimap Open API on several websites - though the maps this delivers already say 'Bing' on them. Will I need to change my applications or anything else when the Multimap site moves to Bing?

Paul
many people in the same boat are asking that question and getting precisely ZERO response. They tell us it's all changing, provide a cartoon FAQ full of generalities, invite us to ask questions here, and then leave us in the dark. I and others asked immediaely following the first email on 27th September and have had no reply.
I have several highly developed sites totally committed to the Multimap Open API.
I cannot conceive that Microsoft/Bing would dump us but we do need reassurance and time to prepare if necessary.
If ANYONE from Multimap or Microsoft takes responsibility for this forum we need a reply please!
Would any others with the same concern please make their voice known through this forum. We need to get through to them

I also have websites using MM. I have spent several hours looking at Bing 6.3 and Bing 7 without any conclusion .
Do I have to rewrite all my script or will Bing 7 understand any of the MM commands?
Should I use v7 or v6.3?
Is there a fuller developer guide available as the AJAX guide on the web site is incomplete and not detailed enough. Alternatively are there complete examples available on how to draw custom markets with info boxes, remove markers, zoom to positions, get mouse positions etc. so that I do not have to spend hours getting the syntax right? The MM site contained several examples as a tutorial.
