Problems with Virtual PC 2007 Graphics

I have just purchased a new Dell Studio XPS 9000 Desktop with Nvidia Geforce GT220 Graphics card, running Vista Ultimate 64bit OS.
I am trying to install Virtual PC 2007 to run an XP PRo SP3 virtual PC.
My problem is the main Virtual PC Console the display has graphics problems. As I try to move the mouse to the login text box that part of the screen changes to background colour. Before I managed to install the Add on's the mouse would scroll the display all over the place making reading virtually in possible.

Any ideas?

Are you using VPC 2007 SP1 or just VPC 2007
