Hi,<br> <br>The company I work at was recently subjected to a source code audit, which was fine however a few minor things were flashed up where the license was not clear primarilly with code based on published articles from various technical sites.<br><br>I was planning on replacing our splash screen class with a class published in MSDN magazine however my peers won't let me do this as they say they cannot find a license anywhere that states we are allowed to reuse and distribute this in binary form.<br><br>Can someone please clarify this and point me at the necessary license information text.<br><br>Thanks© 2009 Microsoft Corporation.
