Unanswered Msbuild.exe

    My Msbuild.exe doesn't seem to be working. I'm trying to compile a source mod and I get (via cmd prompt) G:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\SourceMods\nbmtn\src>Msbuild.exe Game_HL2MP-2005.sln /p:Configuration=Release%20HL2MP Access is denied. And I click msbuild.exe and I get "It's not a valid Win32 Application" I can't compile because of this (I can't compile with the IDE because it crashes whenever set to Release HL2mp)
