Single Application Instance&quot; submission requirement please?<br/><br/>Here's how our app works:<br/>- The Start shortcut launches a native executable that displays a splash screen<br/>- The native executable then launches the main (game) executable, which is a managed (.NET CF) application<br/>- Once the managed application has started, it signals to the splash application so that the splash application terminates.<br/>- As a fail-safe mechanism, the splash application self destructs after several seconds, in case the main application fails to launch for some reason.<br/><br/>So for a brief period (a few seconds), two executables are running: the splash app + the main app. If the user selects the Start icon again, while the game is running, the splash app starts again but is very quickly terminated by the main app and the main app comes to the foreground.
