QuestionHow do I resubmit a product after it initially failed?

My product failed and I have made the required fixes.  First of,  there should be a link to resubmit the app on the test results page.  Something like, "After correcting these issues go here to resubmit your application."  I have tried to resubmit the product via "edit product details" but after using the INCREDIBLY ANNOYING DASHBOARD which just bounces from page to page with no ryme or reason I finally got to the end only to receiveD the same error.  SORRY THERE IS AN ERROR ON THIS PAGE ETC...

I have tried submitting with and without keywords but it still doesn't work.  WHY AM I BEING CHARGED $100 FOR A BETA PRODUCT THAT IS TOTALLY AND COMPLETELY FRUSTRATING AND UNPROFESSIONAL?

First of all, you did the right thing by going into the dashboard to resubmit your app. About the time you were submitting your update, I too had received the same error and it has since resolved. I resubmitted my app.

Yes, it was frustrating. I know they have been making constant upgrades and adjustments to the dashboard based on feedback. I signed in on a Saturday or Sunday and saw what I believe was another adjustment which they quickly scrapped (glad because it was unattractive).

    The steps I went through:
    Changing the version #
    Resubmitting icon graphics
    Uploading new cab file

It basically took me through the same screens: step by step with the initial placing of the order; the exception that some fields were obviously already filled by me.

I have not have had trouble with subsequent submissions.
I hope you have tried again since your first post. Deep breaths.

Someday we may all laugh about this or wear these experiences as a badge of honor. I just hope we're laughing to the bank.
