General DiscussionFinger vs. stilus

Traditionally, the PocketPC platform, AKA Windows Mobile Professional, implied a touchscreen and a stilus. Recently though, finger-controlled devices became all the rage, and WM 6.5 definitely tried to move in that direction too - notice the scroll-by-dragging in the Start Menu.

So the question is: do the new Windows phones come with a stilus, or without? Which ones are stilus-less, and what's the percentage of those, sales-wise?

Keep in mind that the presence of a stylus doesn't mean that it's used. Some devices that come with a stylus that can be tethered to a phone but is not otherwised contained by it.  I seldom used the stylus that came with my LG Incite of Samsung Omnia. On my Touch Pro 2 (which is still running Windows Mobile 6.1) I never use the stylus. In fact I removed it one day to use it to do something that had nothing to do with the device and I never put it back.

It takes all the running you can do to stay in one place. If you want to get somewhere else, you must try to run at least twice as fast as that.
