On 9/21/2009 we received a "Certification Processing Failed" message when we submitted the IntelliGolf Eagle OTA software for the Pocket PC and the WM Smartphone platforms. But, there was no Detailed Report provided. It just said "Contact Support". So, we did. Twice the Microsoft folks (Vijay and Jo) replied with "engineering is evaluating the issue now and we will get back to you shortly". It has now been almost 6 weeks without any answer. Would someone get back to us so that we can fix/re-submit the IntelliGolf (
