Proposed AnswerApp Appearing and Disappearing constantly

    Our applications appear to be appearing and disapearing at random.
    Over the weekend, our latest app which should have been in the games -> classic folder was not showing. Changing view from ALL to PAID sometimes displayed the app, sometimes changing to NEWEST would work, other times it only showed in the Whats New or Whats Popular (even before any downloads occured)  a search for the title seemed to return it 1 in 5 searches. 

    Our first application has now been published to another region (US) and having eventually found a way to view this region, I find the same issue. The only place I can see the application is in most recent apps having changed from all to paid. It does not show in the games -> classic folder.  Having said that, this was the case 5 minutes ago, so it may have changed by now.

    The marketplace feels as if it was, thrown together in a mad panic, at 3am before the launch.  I  sent a support request and have not even had a confirmation email.  Nothing seems to have been tested or thought about. I want to build more apps but do not have sufficent faith in the quality of the distributor to do this yet. If this was a free service it would be bad enough, but we have all paid for this, and are right to expect better.

    After several days of appearing and disapearing the application finally appeared and stayed in the correct location. I have no idea how many potential sales were lost as a result of this.

    Now today, the Marketplace has gone live on the web and the same application does not appear in either the UK or US store (although another one of ours does). I still have recieved nothing in response to my original support email and now have to decide if is worth me wasting my time sending another one for this issue.
    Is anyone at Microsoft actually surprised by the year on year loss in market share?
