xtag2000, one of the key goals of Microsoft Translator is to empower developers and community owners to bring this technology to their apps and communities. To that effect, we have been delivered the widget and the ajax API. We are working on several other tools that help communities in this direction. While I cannot provide further detail on this right now, rest assured you will hear very exciting things from us in the near future in this space.
If you are interested in helping shape these innovative offerings, do email us at mtcont (at) microsoft.com - we would love to learn more about your requirements.
    thanks for your patience,

Thanks for your interests in Bing Translator.
Have you looked at : http://www.microsofttranslator.com/Tools/
There are sections called "Webmasters" and "New: Developers" on that page.  Are these helpful for you?  Thanks.
