    We are optimizing our site and attempting to reduce the number of http calls to external sites. Is it permissible for us to host the javascript?

    I'm afraid we do not currently support this.  We're frequently deploying new languages, features and bug fixes to our service.  Hosting the JavaScript on a 3rd party site would lose that benefit.  Thank you for your feedback, we'll certainly keep it in mind for future planning.
