LCS and MindAlign migration to Lync

Question

I have a customer who is moving from LCS to Lync with the caviat of needing to migrate users from MindAlign to GroupChat maintaining the same channel names and permissions along with moving the chat history of each channel into each new Lync Group Chat room.  I've seen a few listings online regarding companies that provide this service, but not much regarding actual tools for the migration.  If anyone can recommend any useful tools, that would be great.
