    Hi all,

    I have the following problem:
i trying to register my web site to a live services and I get the following error:
The domain name is already in use by another developer or project.

This is true.. because the domain was registered with an old user accout. Now that user account is closed..
And I'll trying to register with another user account. :)

It is possible to deregister the old live services? or it is possible to reassociate the old service to the new account?

I can't post on this forum all data of my live service for security reason, but I konw all LiveID, AppID, secret key, domain, around this problem.
It is possible to contact Microsoft Support for the Azure Live Services by mail?
    This is an urgent problem..

    Any solutions are welcome! :)

Hello, this is by design. One domain can only be associated to a single project. You will have to delete the old project. Do you mean you're unable to delete it?

Yes, I'm not unable to delete the old project.. :(
I haven't no more access with the liveid's associated to the old project.

If I send to you, in a private message, all info (appID, secretID, domain), can you delete the application?

    Thanks

    Fabio

You can send an email to v-ylluo@microsoft.com, including your Live ID, the appID, and the domain (but do not include the secretID). I can try to esclate it to the Live ID team. But sorry I can't assure you anything, because we must be 100% sure that you own the original Live ID. I don't know if the Live ID team will be able to identify it...
