AnswerMesh scaling

So let's say I invite 10,000, or perhaps 100,000l, or maybe 1,000,000 of my closest friends to connect to a Mesh object, which could be a shared data file, or a Silverlight MEWA.

What happens? Is it fundamentally Mesh's "problem" to bring in the resources to make a "hot" file available with reasonable responsiveness? In other words, can we essentially use Mesh as a high abstracted service that allows us to "fire and forget" with respect to "publishing" data or applications?

I'm not sure if this question is part of the throttling limit discussion, but would like to hear people's idea on this.
