    Removed Code Files are brought into P2 Project with Client Migration.

    I had 2 source code files that were removed from the Common\UserCode directory with my VS 2012 project.

    I installed the VS 2012 LS app on the P2 machines and they compiled and ran fine.

    However, when I added the HTML Client and it migrated the project, the migration seemed like it brought in the removed (but not deleted) files into the migrated project.  The files didn't show up, but I got build errors.  

    I fixed the problem by deleting the files prior to the HTML Client creation and subsequent migration.

    Here's a screen shot that may help to clarify what I'm describing.

    Yes, if I turned on the "Show All Files" the files do display in VS list.

    I figure this is a minor bug that can be fixed before RTM.
