Light Switch 2012: Search Screen disappears from the Navigation editor (but is still present in the solution tree)

Question

Hi, I using the new visual studio 2012 with the light switch template and I was creating a search screen with parameters and attaching the screen to the menus via the Navigation editor and at first this worked.  I could compile and the menu would contain the new search screen. Then after a few more compiles adding more screens the search screen disappear from the menu and the navigation editor (look and smells like a bug). Any one else experience this behaviour with light switch search screens?
