I've deployed my Lightswitch app to IIS.
But I do not have a default user to log in. Following forum posts like (http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/lightswitch/thread/3b59bba2-4e10-41c9-9936-b1919aff8e50/) it was suggested to repackage with the option "Yes, create the Application Administrator at this time"
When I do that, I'm getting an error when I import the site into IIS. The error is "Could not find the provider 'LightSwitchAddAdministrator'". This error message is not found on google, but some other close matches suggest that I should package without the option "Yes, create the Application Administrator at this time". This option do fix this error, but it creates the error in step 1.
And that's an endless loop....

I am not sure that I understood you correctly. I understood that you have the problem that you do not have any user to log on to your deployed application.
The tool Microsoft.LightSwitch.SecurityAdmin.exe which is part of the LightSwitch Dependencies which you should have installed on the server first (and can be installed through the Web Installer) can create an administrator for your application. That user will be inside the admin role so at least it can do the user management.

With kind regards,

The SecurityAdmin.exe gave me some MSDTC issues, but working through all of that, it eventually managed to work.
Thanks for the hint.
