Changing Mac address in windows 8

Question

the problem with the mac address spoofing still persists , microsoft put restriction with only 02 , 06 , 0e can be used on 1st octet , and this causes great problem if you have to change your mac to any particular mac and you needs 00:22 or something like that or other . you needs to fix this problem in real windows 8 , because this sucks , i have to roll back to my windows xp just to use internet because i can't change my mac n my network adapter can't let me connect to it
