google goggles off topic

Greetings

[Again, I post off topic.  I apologize for this.

If there was a more appropriate place to post, I would do so.  My reasoning in posting here is that there is a high probability that the people in MS research went to school and know the people in G research.

I know these posts might make me look a bit crazy, but this tech really worries me.  I hope, perhaps, someone in MS research will hear about this post, just because it is so strange, and the message will get to Google.]

MS, GOOGLE:

Dear Google,

Since you seem to be the one who will bring the immersive goggles to us, I urge you to please tread lightly with respect to two areas.


1.  You are probably going to send a video feed to your servers.  (at first you are probably going to just a few frames per second).

Please REMEMBER CHINA.  Remember how you&yahoo totally screwed up.  Remember that a government will take the information that it wants, (even if its laws say otherwise[usa]).

Please do not turn us into a self-surveillance state.

There are ways you can implement this so as to avoid this catastrophe.  You need to make sure there is NO CENTRAL POINT which can access all/or a large portion/ of video streams.  IF THERE IS A CENTRAL POINT, you will be FORCED to reveal it.


2.  When it dawns on you that you can hook up genetic algorithms to decipher thought patterns, more than left/right/up/down.  PLEASE NEVER TRANSMIT THIS INFORMATION.

Please don't turn us into ants.
