I'm having problem in create a link table that retrieve task from Outlook.
It can create a table.
But with nothing in it, except the %Complete data.
The rest of field were empty.
Does any have any idea about this ?
Or, Would you mind to show me on how to create a link table in access that retrieve Task from Outlook , which including start date/end date?

Without programming, you can add a table linked to an Outlook or Exchange folder to any Access database, using drivers built into Office 2000 (or later), by following these steps:
- In Access, click the New Table button to add a new table.
- In the New Table dialog, choose Link Table, then click OK.
- In the Link dialog, under Files of type, choose Outlook() or Exchange().
- If you're prompted for an Outlook profile, indicate which one you want to use
- In the Link Exchange/Outlook Wizard, choose the address book or folder you want to link to, then click Next.
- Give the linked table a name, then click Finish.

Unfortunately, this method has at least three huge limitations(like you have come up with):
- The linked table ignores any custom fields.
- Not all address fields are linked. The Home and Office addresses each are listed as one field, while the Business address -- probably whatever is the default mailing address -- is parsed into its street, city, etc. components.
- Not all fields are included for all items -- not even all essential fields. You can see the fields available by switching to Design View.
Michael Kaplan wrote articles in the August and September 2000 issues of the Smart Access newsletter that explain how to get around the above limitations and make this method work much better. Monday, October 10, 2005 5:02 AMIt is great to hear a response to this long time issue - the inability to connect to Outlook stores with access to all fields.
The ability to attach to Exchange/Outlook tables is something I have wanted for a long time, and frankly have become a little annoyed at.
Why is it that the Microsoft "link" does not work properly, and why has it never been fixed??
I mean the original (Access97) had a bug in it due to the datatype (long integer) of the mapitag variable which to the best of my knowledge cannot be worked around, and so we are left with having to code our own solutions rather than simply Linking/connecting to the store from Access.
Does anyone know how to make the builtin access connection work? Or if it will ever be fixed??

I don't think is possible as you can see from the above reply.
What you need is to do coding on Microsoft VBA to load outlook tables.
There is not shortcut in here, probably the shortage of Access / Outlook.
