Visual Studio 2010 Licensing for Certified Partners with ISV/Software Competency?

Question

I'm a Certified Partner with an ISV Competency. I've not been able to find clear language on which editions of Visual Studio 2010 I'm entitled to as part of my partnership - can someone comment on this and/or send me a pointer to the official statement?

In addition to Premium, I could also make good use of Test Professional. I dare to hope.

ISV partners receive VS 2010 Premium with MSDN and TFS.

No luck on Test Prof.   I wish the same thing. 

Only chance to get any of the good testing feature is with Application lifecycle compitency, which will award Ultimate version later in the year.
