Primary Interop Assembly (PIA) problem

Question

Sorry for the inconvenience, but please help me with the following issue;

1. I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate  x64; Microsoft Office 2007.

2. I'm trying to install Chart Advisor, however it told me that an office package or a component is missing, the name of this package is "Primary Interop Assembly".

3. I downloaded it, but every time I try to install it, it goes on for 2 seconds or something, showing a window under the name of "Gathering information" then it disappears.

4. When I try to install the chart advisor again it says the same thing, that a component is missing.

Kindly, explain to me what to do because I need the chart advisor, your help is deeply appreciated, thanks in advance for your time and effort.
