Email previews not displaying properly in Sharepoint 2007

Hi all,

This is my first post to this forum I hope someone can help as I am stuck. We used Microsoft Sharepoint Services 2007 where we store all manner of bits and pieces, such as company documents, phone numbers etc. We have a section dedicated to our marketing department which we use to display all our beirfs and projects. With our email briefs we have it setup so there's a email sent to a specific address so that it gets displayed under the preview tab in the projects brief, once it has been sent.

The only problem is that the preview of the email opens up and displays the email all over the place? You can't really make out what goings on with the top part. Yet the email displays absolutely fine in Outlook 03', 07 & 2010? We didn't used to have this problem a couple of months back but have recently noticed it when looking back over previous projects.

Has anyone else had a similar issue or would have an idea as to how to resolve it?
