IE10 Preview - Problem Installing on Windows 7 32 bit

Question

When installing IE10 it prompts "Internet Explorer needs an update before installing", I click the "Get Update" button which takes me to here which suggests that I need to install some Windows Updates or restart in the case of recent uninstalled updates. However I'm completely up to date with no hidden updates.

IE10 won't install because of this. Help please.
