Tbody Has Large Blank Space Above It

My page at http://www.hymntime.com/tch/ttl/ttl-new.htm displays a large blank space above the TBODY element in MSIE 9. (Firefox & Chrome do not show this behavior). The CSS seems OK as far as I can tell.
Can anyone see what the problem is?

Sunday, April 29, 2012 9:24 PM I think you need to work out on your website code and filter any white space before sending the response by the web server.
