Internet Explorer 10 local network access

Question

Hi All.

I have a tablet with Windows 8 consumer preview installed. It is connected to the local network. I also have a website hosted in the local network on different computer.

I can access the website successfully from desktop IE 10 installed on the tablet. But I can't access it using the metro style IE 10.

"Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" is displayed when I'm trying to access the website.

Any suggestions on how to fix it are greatly appreciated.

Thanks for pointing this out. However I was able to resolve my problem by adding the website to the trusted sites list. It works for me now.
